1. WhenNOT
  2. Free booking page

A free booking page that reads every calendar you have.

Share whennot.com/m/you. WhenNOT checks every Google and Microsoft calendar you connect — work, personal, all of them — offers only the hours you're really free, and puts a Google Meet (Workspace) or Microsoft Teams link on the invite. No plans, no paywall.

  • Free, with every feature below
  • Google & Microsoft calendars
  • No sign-up for guests
Busy means busy

It reads every calendar. And believes the right ones.

Connect as many Google and Microsoft accounts as you have. Every one of them is checked before a time is offered — so the dentist in your personal Outlook blocks your work page too.

  • Every Google and Microsoft calendar you connect, across accounts
  • Events marked as free, and “working from home” entries, don’t block you
  • A declined invitation doesn’t block you either
  • Optional: treat free events as busy — for the restaurant or flight Gmail adds by itself
Several hosts

One page for the whole team. You choose who has to be free.

Add colleagues as hosts and pick a rule. Whichever host takes the call, the guest is told who they're meeting — on the confirmation, in the email and on the invite.

Any hostWhoever is free takes it.A time is offered while at least one host is free, so the page stays open when someone's in a meeting. Once a time is booked it's gone for everyone — no two guests in the same half hour.
All hostsEveryone has to be free. For a demo with sales and an engineer, or an interview panel. Only times when every host is free are offered, and everyone is on the invite.
Optional: invite the other hosts too

On an any-host page, the rest of the team can ride along on the invite. Hosts who are busy at that time are added as optional guests, so the clash never forces them to decline a meeting that goes ahead without them.

Your hours, your rules

Lunch stays lunch. Fridays stay short.

Set opening hours per weekday, with as many windows a day as you like. Close a single day, or open a Saturday once, without touching the rest of the week.

  • Split days — mornings and late afternoons, nothing in between
  • Date overrides that close or open one specific day
  • Buffers around meetings, for the page or for each host
  • A minimum notice, and how far ahead people can book
The meeting itself

A video link on every invite. Reminders nobody has to send.

The calendar event is created with a Google Meet (Workspace) or Microsoft Teams link already on it. The invite carries the guest's name, their answers and the host they got. Reminders go out a day before, an hour before and ten minutes before.

Meet links need a Google Workspace calendar and Teams links a Microsoft 365 work or school one. On a personal Gmail or Outlook.com calendar the invite goes out without a video link.

Plans change

Guests move their own booking. You ask — never force.

Every confirmation has a link to reschedule or cancel, so guests sort it out without writing to you. When you're the one who can't make it, you send a request with times that work, and the guest picks.

  1. You askFrom your bookings list, pick a few times that really work and add a line of explanation.
  2. They pickYour times arrive as one-tap buttons, with your live page as a fallback.
  3. It movesThe same invite updates for both of you. No new thread, no second booking.
Your look

It looks like your page, not ours.

Pick an accent colour, a background, how round the corners are and a typeface. Buttons always keep readable text, whatever colours you choose.

Housekeeping

A booking that dies frees its slot.

Nobody tells a booking tool when a meeting stops being real. WhenNOT checks your calendar and tidies up by itself.

The guest declines the invite

The booking is cancelled, the event comes off your calendar and the time goes back on your page.

You delete the event

Delete it in Google or Outlook and the booking is cancelled too — no second place to clean up.

FAQ

Booking page questions.

Something else? Write to us — a person answers.

Is the booking page really free?

Yes. Booking pages, several hosts, every calendar connection, Meet and Teams links, reminders, custom questions, your own look and webhooks are all free. There are no plans, no paywall and no ads.

Which calendars can it read?

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook, as many accounts as you connect. Each one is checked before a time is offered. Events marked as free and “working from home” entries are ignored unless you ask for free events to count as busy.

Does every booking get a video link?

When the host’s calendar can make one. A Google Workspace calendar adds a Google Meet link and a Microsoft 365 work or school calendar adds a Teams link. On a personal Gmail or Outlook.com calendar the invite goes out without a video link.

Do my guests need an account?

No. Guests book from the link in any browser and get a confirmation with a reschedule and cancel link. You need an account, because the page has to read your calendar.

Can several people share one booking page?

Yes. Add hosts and choose whether any free host can take a booking or all of them must be free. The guest is always told which host they’re meeting.

What happens if I can’t make a booked meeting?

Send the guest a request with a few times that work. They pick one, and the same invite moves for both of you.

Is WhenNOT a free Calendly alternative?

For most people who book meetings, yes: as many booking pages as you like, every calendar you have, several hosts and webhooks, all free. Our WhenNOT vs Calendly comparison lists the differences with sources.

Stop sending “when works for you?”

Connect your calendars, set your hours, share one link. Your booking page is ready in a few minutes.
