Free connector · works in ChatGPT and Claude

Schedule from ChatGPT or Claude.

Connect WhenNOT once, then ask in plain words. Your assistant makes polls, chases the people who haven’t answered, finds open times on booking pages and books or moves your calls — and shows the result right in the chat.

What it can do

Fourteen things, in plain words.

You never call these yourself — your assistant picks the right one from what you ask. The names are here for the curious.

If your assistant lists WhenNOT in its connector directory, add it from there. Otherwise add it as a custom connector — the same few steps in either assistant. Menu names move around between versions; the address never changes.

You decide what it may do

Two permissions, shown up front.

When you connect, WhenNOT lists what the assistant asked for — Polls, Booking pages or both — and nothing happens until you choose Allow. An assistant that didn’t ask for bookings can’t see or make any.

It never sees your conversation
WhenNOT receives only what the assistant sends to a tool — a poll name, a chosen time.
It acts as you, nothing more
It sees the polls, pages and bookings you could see on WhenNOT yourself.
Disconnect any time
Profile › Connected apps lists every assistant. Disconnecting stops it at once; what it made stays.
Guests don’t need it
The people you invite get an ordinary WhenNOT link. No ChatGPT, Claude or account needed.

FAQ

Before you connect.

Stuck on a step? Write to us — a person answers.

Does it cost anything?

No. The connector is free, like the rest of WhenNOT. Whether you can add custom connectors depends on your ChatGPT or Claude plan and settings.

Does my assistant read my calendar?

No. It sees what WhenNOT shows you: your polls and their answers, your booking pages, your bookings and the open times on a page. WhenNOT does the calendar reading, the same way it does on the web.

Do the people I invite need ChatGPT or Claude?

No. They get an ordinary WhenNOT link or email and answer in any browser, without an account.

What does WhenNOT receive from the chat?

Only what the assistant sends to a tool — a poll name, the addresses to invite, a chosen time. It never receives your conversation.

What happens when I disconnect?

The assistant loses access straight away, in every chat. Polls, answers and bookings it made stay as they are. Disconnect under Profile › Connected apps, or remove WhenNOT in the assistant’s settings.

Does it work with other assistants?

WhenNOT is a standard remote MCP connector with sign-in, so an assistant that supports those can use it. We build and test it with ChatGPT and Claude.
