From possible dates to a shared plan

  1. Set a realistic offsite windowAvoid known company deadlines and blackout periods before sending the poll. Start with several weeks to leave room for leave, client commitments, and travel.
  2. Protect travel and working timeWeekdays are selected by default. Add arrival and departure days to the duration if travel means teammates need those days free too.
  3. Get answers from the whole teamCreate the poll and share it with attendees. Review missing responses and check essential attendees before committing to a venue or announcing the final dates.
