  1. Define the full event length

    Include setup or travel days when attendees need to keep them clear. The duration is the number of consecutive calendar days, not a collection of separate dates.

  2. Choose which weekdays can work

    Allow weekends for a reunion or limit the search to working days for a workshop. Every day in a suggested window must match your selection.

  3. Share one poll with the group

    Use your range and duration to create a poll. Ask each participant to mark conflicts, then use the responses to narrow down a window for the full event.

A Monday with three free people and a Tuesday with three free people do not necessarily make a workable two-day event. The planner checks whether each individual can attend all consecutive days before counting them. The example shows the difference as you add conflicts.

Can the event skip a day in the middle?

This planner finds consecutive calendar days. If Tuesday is excluded, it will not join Monday and Wednesday into a two-day window. Use separate polls for separate sessions.

Can I choose a time of day here?

This planner works with whole dates. After choosing the date window, agree on session times with your participants.

How are tied windows ordered?

Windows with the same number of people available for the entire event are ordered by earliest start date. Overlapping options remain visible so you can compare them.
