Delete your WhenNOT account

Here or in the WhenNOT app (You › Delete account). Either way you confirm with a code we email you — or a fresh Sign in with Apple or Google — and it happens straight away.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, time zone and notification settings.
  • Events you organise. Everyone who answered is told the event was removed.
  • Your answers to other people’s events.
  • Your booking pages, which close at once. Upcoming bookings are cancelled and each guest gets an email.
  • Connected Google or Microsoft calendars, and every signed-in phone. We ask Google to revoke WhenNOT’s calendar access. Microsoft offers no way for us to do that, so WhenNOT stays listed in your Microsoft account’s app permissions until you remove it there.
  • Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. We ask Apple to revoke WhenNOT’s tokens, so WhenNOT leaves the Sign in with Apple list in your Apple Account. WhenNOT keeps no token for signing in with Google.
  • Your WhenNOT app for Slack details: your Slack user ID, the email address Slack shared and your email consent, in every workspace.
  • Your newsletter subscription, if you had one.

What stays

  • Emails already sent stay in their recipients’ inboxes, and bookings other people made stay in their own calendars.
  • A closed booking page’s remaining records are deleted about 25 hours later, once the cancellation emails and webhooks have gone out.

Deletion cannot be undone. Questions? Write to [email protected].
